As human beings, we have loads of gifts and strengths that can make us wealthy. In fact, we all survive based on these strengths rather than our needs. The best we can do for ourselves is to leverage on what we have to get what we desire.

These 3 gifts that I will share with you are the bedrock of all creations, of all jobs, of all innovation and of all great things that ever existed and will still exist.

Unknowingly, you have been making money with these 3 gifts that you have but, in this post you’ll see more clearly how you can intensify your effort to make much more from it.

The 3 Gifts are these;

1. The gift of your head (my knowledge, profession, expertise)
2. The gift of your heart (my hobbies, longing, cravings etc)
3. The gift of your hands (my hard skills, technical skills, hands-on)

Below is the most basic practical analysis of my gifts based on just these 3 categories;

Question: What do I do well with my head?

I use my head so well to;

1. Think 2. Observe 3. Reflect 4. Calculate 5. Teach 6. Organize 7. Reflect 8. Inspire

Question: In what practical way have I applied this gift of my head to make $$$?

I thought about holding a class (paid) in a facebook group and observed that many people have difficulties communicating their message online. That was how I organized a course (how to communicate online like a pro) and made my first $$$ on facebook.

I worked in a team of 5 on a business project a few months ago and the comment of my team members was that I know how to put myself in other people’s shoe (empathy). In 1 month, the business had a 200% profit.

I write every day and post on my social media platforms consistently since the beginning of 2015. Someone saw my post on Google+ and connected with me. I have written more than 3 business proposals for him till date.

If I summarize these 3 gifts together, I will have a sentence like:

I reflect and observe (gift of the head) so well, I use this gift to write (gift of the hand) beautiful updates on my social media platforms consistently to connect with people and get business opportunities.

I love (gift of the heart) to inspire (gift of the head) people, so I listen (gift of the heart) to people long enough and use that to write or draw (gift of the hand) up solutions that I see offline and online.

Hint to make this exercise super easy:

1. Ask your friends offline about what gifts they have identified in you.
2. Make a creative post in a group you belong asking people 5 things they admire/know about you.
3. Share a practical story of when you have used one these gifts.
4. Summarize these 3 gifts together in a few sentences.

See, it is important for you to know that you have within you awesome treasures that help you to live with others and communicate your needs.

With this practical knowledge above, it is much easier for you to drill into how to communicate your gifts to the world. You are never poor based on the things you lack, you are poor based on what you have but never use.
